 We are able to provide finance world wide for individuals, companies and nation states.

Funds are available for most types of projects - property purchase, either commercial or residential, infrastructure developments, water treatment plants, wind farms, power stations, manufacturing plants & lines , mergers or acquisitions.

Projects with Government or Sovereign guarantees will be considered at a higher loan to value subject to countries risk rating.

Case Procedure

Complete and submit our four page funding questionnaire and provide two page executivesummary.

Security

The lender will require a charge against land, property and / or other fixed or liquid assets.

Countries of Security

Loans are available in most stable countries subject to lenders confirmation.

Loan to Value

Loan amounts can be 75 – 85% of the market value of the security, based on the estimated sale price over a 90-120 day marketing period.

If the loan is used for construction,development or renovation the loan amount can be based on the value of work completed

and would be paid in stages. If projects have sovereign or government guarantees the loan to value will increase subject to the country’s rating.

Minimum Loan

10 million Euros.

Maximum Loan

No upper limit

Loans are available in £ Pound Sterling, _ Euro and $ US Dollar

Term

3 – 15 years

Interest rates

Rates quoted on a case by case basis after due diligence is carried out and the application

has been underwritten; they will vary between2% – 5% per annum over LIBOR and are dependent upon security and loan structure.
